I hope you're all getting ready for a terrific Thanksgiving with all the trimmings! It's a wonderful time of year to be with family and friends, and a terrific excuse to eat whatever you want 🙂
As you have often heard me say, we train as a family. We support each other with our positive energy and can-do attitude. I am so grateful to be able to train with each of you! Thank you for making our Academy such a special place.
