Great Seminar in Brazil

As most of you know I was in Brazil the last 3 weeks. It was great to catch up with family and friends but it's nice to be back home now too!

The picture you see below is at the Ryan Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy in Sao Paulo. I held a seminar there and taught some of my favorite techniques to over 30 black belts. The Ryan Gracie Academy has many top-notch Jiu Jitsu practitioners so it was a real honor to hold a seminar there.

As many of you know, I also competed in the Brazilian National Jiu Jitsu Championship. The level of competition was unbelievable – so many tough and talented competitors.

I was fortunate enough to win gold - thanks everyone in Ventura and Thousand Oaks (as well as my family) for all the help with training! You guys (and gals!) are awesome!

Trust me when I tell you that your Jiu Jitsu is world class.

I missed all of you and I’m really looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
