Ventura Academy will be closed today as The Thomas Fire remains 0% contained and Ventura Unified School districts remain closed. We are just taking it day by day to see what this Ventura/ Ojai fire brings. We remain hopeful that with the Hard work & efforts the fire responders are putting in this will get contained as soon as these Santa Ana winds die down.However, Thousands Oaks will operate business as usual today so we can slowly start getting back into our regular daily routines.
