Amazing Seminar with Professor Caio Almeida and the Ryan Gracie Team tonight at Morumbi Academy Ventura!  Professor Caio and his team displayed some of their favorite techniques they use as one of the Brazil's top competition teams.  They are currently in town as they prepare for the Pan Am IBJJF Jiu Jitsu Championship!
