Congratulations to Liz Exell who is one of our Purple Belt students and top competitors! She had a phenomenal performance in Brazil. Liz won her division in a tournament & placed 3rd in the open weight division which included Black Belts, Brown Belts and Purple Belts! The winner of the open weight tourney was Talita Nogueira. A world class Black Belt & member of the Ryan Gracie Team. Great job guys!
