Women's Self Defense!

Professor Beto and Professor Erik were at Mercury Insurance this last week doing a Women's Self-Defense workshop for the employees there. The women enjoyed learning real life Self-Defense techniques in situations that actually occur. Thanks Mercury Insurance in Camarillo for hosting this event!
