Jiu jitsu Church Demo

Professor Raul, Scott Cohea, and Mike Payson went to Chatsworth to give a demonstration and Self Defense seminar at the Church of Rocky Peak Wednesday. Professor Raul conducted the seminar to show the importance of Brazilian Jiu jitsu and Self Defense for young people in the community. The kids involved were between the ages of 15 and 17 and they really seemed to take to Jiu jitsu! "They really liked the submissions, and they started to understand the importance of Self Defense for kids their age", said Professor Raul.
