Hello everyone,
Our Ventura location will be closed for fumigation starting Friday morning after Kettlebells class. We will resume the following Monday, May 17 after 2PM for all classes. There will be no classes during this period.
Keep in mind that our Thousand Oaks location will still be open with the regular schedule, so if you want to get that extra training in, I advise you to meet us there.
