🥇🥇 Morumbi Academy Takes Home the Gold

The IBJJF World Tournament just finished in Las Vegas. As you probably know, this tournament is the largest tournament in the world and attracts the toughest competitors.

The Morumbi team was amazing! We brought home 2 gold medals! I'm so happy to share with you that I am now a 6-time World Champion. Last year I was ranked #1 in the World by FloGrappling so this was a great way to start the new season.

We train as a team and this tournament is proof of that - thanks to all of my training partners who made this possible. I also want to thank my beautiful wife Dini for always supporting me. We actually celebrated our 13th anniversary over the tournament and the whole family was there. I love you all.

The next time you enter our Academy take a look around at the signs on the wall. I'm sure you'll see a large one that says "With Hard Work and Dedication You Can Achieve Anything". It's true!!When you train at Morumbi, you can be confident that you're learning the real Jiu Jitsu. Two gold medals are the proof!
