Kettlebell training focuses on multijoint, multiplanar movements and forces you to control momentum, recruiting multiple muscle groups and small stabilizer muscles. Dini has achieved both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications for Russian Kettlebells, so you can rest assured that you are training with someone who knows how to keep you safe while also giving you a great workout. Dini is also an NASM Personal Trainer, meaning that she is an expert in the use of body weight and TRx training techniques.
