Dini has attained both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications for teaching Russian Kettlebell Fitness. Kettlebell training incorporates multiple muscle groups and smaller stabilizer muscles as it emphasizes multi-joint movements and momentum control. You can be sure that you're training with somebody who knows how to keep you protected while also providing you with a fantastic workout. Dini is also a NASM Personal Trainer, meaning she is an authority in the use of body weight as well as TRx training methods.
